Dear Ministry of Defence,

I’m writing to request please any documents, communication and other information relating to the removal of export controls in 2015 from the UK information operations/TAA contractor SCL (Strategic Communication Laboratories) and their methodology developed by BDI (Behavioural Dynamics Institute). Particularly I would like to see information showing why and when export controls were applied to this company, and the reasoning behind their removal as well as any named individuals please.
