You should note that analysis of the representations has been carried out
but not in the specific format asked for in your request.  The Council
hold this information in this format and to present this in a different
format to satisfy your request would involve a considerable amount of
additional work.  This is because a number of people made several
representations to different parts of a document or to one of the
accompanying documents.  The representations are all available on the

Notes of meetings are also attached.  There have been no phone
