Dear Ms Scott

Thank you for your email. I regret that we are still not yet in a position
to respond to your FOI request.

This is because we have recently identified that a significant number of
emails in the email account of a former member of staff may contain
information that falls within the scope of your request. The delay was
caused partly because it took us a while to gain access to the email
account of the former member of staff. We have now commenced our
consideration of these emails and anticipate that we should be able to
respond within the next five working days.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this delay may cause
you.
