Information relating to Environmental Health involvement in planning applicaiton for Lion & Lobster
I made a request at the end of last year but have not received any reply.
The Lion & Lobster public house on the corner of Sillwood Street and Bedford Place recently applied for retrospective planning permission for the extensive work that was carried out approximately four years ago.
Between the period that the building work was carried out and to date I and my neighbours have made a number of complaints regarding noise from the pub to Environmental Heath and to Councillor Jason Kitkat.
I understand that the Environmental Health officers and Mr Kitcat were obliged to inform the Planning Department should they visit a property that has had recent building work to confirm whether planning permission had been granted.
I would like to know whether, at any point, information was passed from any of the Environmental Health officers that visited the pub or Mr Kitcat to the Planning Department.
Regards
