Information regarding systems of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board Trust
Dear DHCW team,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing on behalf of Digital Health Intelligence team regarding a response to a recent FOI request directed towards the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board Trust.
In response to our FOI inquiry, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board Trust failed to provide full response into their IT systems. The reason mentioned by them stated that Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) manages their contracts for the IT systems and henceforth they couldn’t provide complete answers.
The information we seek pertains to essential details such as Supplier Name, System Name, Install Date, Contract Expiry Date, and any plans for system replacement. I kindly request you to help us with the following information that they mentioned to be managed by DHCW for the following departments as mentioned below:
1. Laboratory Information Management System
2. Pharmacy
3. Patient Administration System
4. Pathology PACS
Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated. We kindly request to provide the requested details at the earliest. If you have any queries or require additional clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
Miss Georgina Kovacs
