Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear NHS Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of NHS Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group's handling of my FOI request 'Information regarding St Ann's Hospital and the services delivered on the site'.

May I respectfully point out that my request was regarding information not about 'decisions' but on 'discussions/emails/committee reports/correspondence that they have about the St Ann's Hospital site and all the health services being delivered there, and health services that have been planned for the site'

It would seem very surprising if the CCG have had no discussions with BEHMHT or with the four hospital trusts regarding individual health services provided for local people.

As a pointer to an example of the desired information, Andrew Wright made a presentation to the CCG board on 28 November 2013, and in the minutes of that meeting it appears that: 'The Governing Body CONFIRMED [original Caps] its continued support to the proposed redevelopment of St Ann’s Hospital'.

There must have been previous discussions for the word CONFIRMED to have been used. Please supply details of these and any others not in the public record, unless there is a valid reason under FOI rules not to do so.

You have suggested that I apply to BEHMHT for information, which I or someone else may do. I however propose that you are in the best position to supply data about discussions on all services needed on the site, which are provided by all participating trusts.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

Robert Lindsay-Smith

FOI-HaringeyCCG,

Dear Mr Lindsay-Smith

Please note the following correction to the letter.

4th paragraph should read: 'Barnet, Enfield and Haringey NHS Mental Health
Trust has discussed its plans with Haringey CCG, as one of its key
stakeholders, with many discussions held previously with the now-abolished
NHS Haringey Teaching Primary Care Trust, pre-dating the CCG’s
establishment in April 2013.’

Yours sincerely

Samia
