I made a previous request under reference FOI 63534 which you have refused. As a new request please provide the following information in connection to the same home office report.

1. A copy of the advertised requirement for an expert appointment to author the report
2. A copy of the advertised requirement for an expert appointment for panel members to join be appointed to the steering committee
3. In respect of 1 & 2 a copy of the person/s specification utilised such that applicants could be appraised to meet the required expertise level for appointment.
4. The total remuneration paid to the author and to each member of the steering committee in respect of this report.
5. A copy of the terms and conditions of the appointment of the author and steering committee members. These should be actual copies of the signed documents albeit understandably redacted to remove the identifying information of each individual.
