Information regarding public toilet facilities
Dear Barking and Dagenham Borough Council,
I would be very grateful if you could provide the following information relating to public toilets within your area, which I’ve been unable to locate on your web site:
For each public toilet within your area of jurisdiction:
* The approximate street address
* The approximate postcode
* The approximate longitude/latitude and/or OS grid reference
* Confirmation of whether or not disabled toilet facilities are available
* Confirmation of whether or not one or more RADAR accessible toilets are present
* Confirmation of whether or not baby changing facilities are present
* Confirmation of whether or not a charge is made to access the facility, and if so, what that charge is
* If applicable, opening and closing times, including details of any seasonal variations
* An e-mail address to which any damage/vandalism/problems at the facility should be reported
* A telephone number to which any damage/vandalism/problems at the facility should be reported
