Dear Helen Williamson (Business Intelligence),

I can confirm that I am using my real name.

For full transparency, I am an HCPC registered prosthetist employed at the Wirral Limb Centre by Ottobock Healthcare PLC, however, my FOI request is for my personal use relating to the professional doctorate I am undertaking with the University of Salford.

Yours sincerely,

Sarah Evans
