prosthetic service, or figures for those staff types across the Board?

I would be most grateful if you could provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, the following information regarding the prosthetic
service in your trust.

1)      Could you please advise of the Number of staff and AfC Banding (or
equivalence) x WTE of these staff (e.g. Physiotherapist - Band 5 x
0.8WTE):

i.      Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine

iii.    Healthcare Assistants
