Dear King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council,

Dear Mr Davies
Thank you for your request.
1. This information should be obtained from NCC highways as we only enforce the Orders on their behalf - however the web address where you can view the CPZ and Restricted Zones Orders in KL is below. For the signs you will need to direct his FOI to NCC.

2. I have attached this information to this e-mail.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Richard Mann,
Thank you for providing some of the information as requested - I appreciate your detailed response.
If I may clarify, I am looking for the exact locations of the signage and the type of signage used (as in what sign and on what locations / road names, outside house no, corner of x and y...etc) - rather than the order itself (although I appreciate you sending me the order - than you).
May I clarify, are you say that Norfolk County Council (NCC?) is responsible for the actual signage - their location, type etc. - or is this something that falls under the jurisdiction of King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council? In short, who put up the signs and is responsible for their maintenance?
I look forward to your response - thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Danny Davies

Dear Mr Davies
NCC, being the highways authority, are responsible for signage.
