Good Afternoon,

 

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information Request, please find
below and attached our response.

 

Q1.         A copy of the OPE funding application to the Cabinet Office.

A.            A copy of the Greater Brighton Partnership One Public Estate
funding application submitted to government in July 2016 is attached.

 

Q2.         A copy of the supporting business case.

A.            All supporting information is contained in our funding
application (see Q1).

 

Q3.         A copy of the programme for the scheme.

A.            All supporting information is contained in our funding
application (see Q1).

 

Q4.         A list of the legal, management and property consultants you
have appointed to work on the project so far.

A.            All work to date in respect of the development of our OPE
Programme has been undertaken in-house with the exception of collation of
the initial OPE funding application which was undertaken by Scott Marshall
Regen Ltd.

 

Q5.         The potential value of the scheme.

A.            Approved government funding for the Greater Brighton
Partnership OPE programme to date is £549,500.

 

Q6.         Details of any public consultations that have been held.

A.            No specific public consultation has been undertaken on the
OPE Programme. Updates on the OPE Programme have been made at the Greater
Brighton Economic Board which is a public meeting. High level details of
the programme have been provided on the Greater Brighton website

Q7.         The name of the lead representatives for each local authority
involved in the scheme.

A.            These details are contained in the tab 1 attachment.

 

Q8.         The total amount of funding that has been received to date.

A.            A total of £278,000 of funding has been received to date for
initial set up and year one of our OPE programme. The balance of £271,500
has been approved and is expected to be received from central government
later this year.
