Dear London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Council,
Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to know the following relating to the financial year 6th April 2016 to 5th April 2017:
How many licences the council issued in total to individuals?
What these licences were issued for?
Were there any eligibility criteria and if so what?
Were any licences limited in number and if so what was the criteria for choosing how the licences were issued?
Which town they relate to (Richmond, Twickenham, Sheen etc) or whether the licence wasn't for a specific location?
What fee was paid?
Which borough the licensee lived in? To clarify, I do not need the name of the licensee or their home or business address.
Were any licences refused and if so on what basis?
I would like this broken down by licence type, ie door supervisors, taxi drivers, massage therapists, dry cleaners, etc
