Information regarding JSA Claim

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I have today received a letter saying that I can not be paid Job Seekers allowance because I have not paid enough national Insurance Contributions Class 1.

I will continue to go to the Job Centre. And I will still actively seek work.

I do however have some questions for you.

1 - Am I eligible to claim any hardship allowance?
If yes please tell me how to do so and how much I can claim in hardship.
If No please tell me what part of the law states that I am ineligible to do so?

2 - Seeing as I receive no money whatsoever and have no income whatsoever and I owe DWP in excess of £4000 how am I supposed to pay this back?

3 - Also seeing as I receive no money whatsoever, and only have my National Insurance Contributions paid for, What is the limit that I can earn whilst still claiming national Insurance?

4 - Is it true that being a claimant with no income and no actual money from DWP I do NOT have to attend training and job clubs'' and only have to apply for work every week and sign on and attend any appointments at the job centre ONLY?

Yours faithfully,
Daniel.
