3. How many PAR (Prospective Adopters Report) assessments were completed by the authority between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2014?
4. Of those assessments detailed in Question 3, what percentage of those assessments was commissioned to be carried out by external providers?
5. How many parenting assessments were completed by the authority between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2014?
6. Of those assessments detailed in Question 5, what percentage of those assessments were commissioned to be carried out by external providers?
