Please may I make a Freedom of Information request for documentation related to:

- (a) (i)"Maintenance Agreements", (ii) "Finance Plans", and (iii) "Road Safety Audits" for Community Parklets in Hackney;
- (b) Legal advice related to Community Parklets in Hackney, including (i) any legal advice related to Traffic Management Orders and parklets, and (ii) legal advice related 'Parklet Keepers' indemnifying Hackney Borough Council, as highways authority, for damages caused by their respective parklets;
- (c) Hackney Borough Council's budget for Community Parklets, for the period from 2020 - 2023.
