Information recorded by Common Platform on legal representation

The request was refused by HM Courts and Tribunals Service.

Dear HM Courts and Tribunals Service,

Please could you provide me with screenshots from the elements of Common Platform that are used by courts to input any information relating the legal representation status of the defendant, in both Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court criminal cases.

Please do not include any personally identifiable information.

If these screens include drop-down elements, I would be grateful if the screenshots could capture the options that are available in the drop-downs.

Thank you for your help and please let me know if I can clarify this request.

Yours faithfully,

Gideon Leibowitz
