Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
I am requesting the following:
1) Communications between the DHSC to Number 10 regarding the appointment of Sajid Javid as Secretary of State.
2) Communications between DHSC and Sajid Javid upon his appointment as Secretary of State - the communications should be on the day of his appointment, and the next day following his appointment.
3) Documents, which are not exempt, given to Sajid Javid upon his appointment, once again on the day of his appointment or the day following.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
I write to you furiously that my FOI Request, for which you have failed to give me a reference, has not been responded to on the deadline set by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Might I add, that if I failed to reply to your email within two months you would see my request as withdrawn, but I only have TINY powers like sending emails like this and just generally making myself a bit of a nuisance to you.
Please Advise ASAP on where my FOI Request is (if you haven't lost it as I got NO acknowledgment).
Hopefully, you will not be caught up in the Internal Review if you do not reply!!!!!!
