Request summary
 
I am seeking any information you hold on a pyramidal wooden tower in
Victoria Embankment Gardens, adjacent to Villiers Street. It is behind a
building that I believe is now the bandstand.

Any light you can shed on the purpose, name, or origin of this structure
would be very appreciated!
