Dear Public Health England,

We would like to have provided the following information you hold in relation to so-called vaccine-preventable infectious diseases in England.

2) A list of the vaccines that are recommended for use on the NHS which are claimed to prevent the diseases named in part 1);

3) Data on the number of laboratory confirmed cases of each of the diseases named in part 1) for the years 2010-2018. If the time limit on FOI requests would prevent providing the full data for 2010-2018 please provide data from 2018 going backwards as far as the time limit will allow, providing that the other points in this request are able to be answered within the total time limit;

4) Data on the specific disease strain identified in each of the cases detailed in part 3). If this data is not collected please explain why it is not collected;

5) Data on the specific disease strain used in each vaccine given during the time period from part 3). If this data is not collected please explain why it is not collected;

6) Data on how many people during the period in part 3) were found to have caught the vaccine strain of the disease verus the prevalent or most common types of the wild strain of these diseases. Can you provide these figures broken down by those who had received the vaccine and those who had not?
