Freedom of Information Request - 2010/3898 - Catch 22 Payment

Dear Mr Taggart,

I refer to your request for information relating to the payment to Catch
22 in July 2010, received on 4^th October 2010.

Please see the invoices attached.

The tender document relating to this payment is available via the
following weblink:

[1]http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/fr...

Please note, bank account details for Catch 22 have been redacted from the
attached invoices as this information is exempt under the following
Section of the Freedom of Information Act 2000: -

Section 31 - Law Enforcement
(a) the prevention of crime

This exemption applies because the release of the bank account details of
a third party may make the assets of the third party vulnerable to fraud.
The bank account details need to be kept secure to prevent and reduce the
risk of fraudulent use of those details. Disclosure of the information may
lead to the commission of offences and cause loss to Catch 22. I do not
consider that the public interest in releasing this information outweighs
the risks in relation to the assets of the third party in this instance.

I hope this information meets your needs. If you do not understand the
information provided or wish to discuss anything further, please feel free
to contact me and I, or another member of the team will be able to assist
you.

Please note, all material provided by Wandsworth Council in response to
your request for information is for your personal, non-commercial use.

provided. Any unauthorised copying or adaptation of the information
without express written confirmation from Wandsworth Council may
