Information on the dismissal of a member of staff

Dear Lancashire Constabulary,

I would like any information you can give me regarding the dismissal of Sargent David Parry who was an officer who was working for yourselves until I’m guessing May 1985. Could you also forward any statistics regarding deaths in police custody Since 1985.
