Dear Ministry of Defence,

Subject: 15 (UK) Psyops Group

Re: Freedom of Information (FOI) Request under FOI Act 2000

I request, under the FOI Act 2000, the following information.
I would appreciate the information - where possible - to be provided in digital format.
By ‘correspondence’ I make reference to any emails, letters, written notes, and / or minutes of meetings relevant to the information requested. Throughout my request, the term ‘The Group’ refers to the ‘15 (UK) Psyops Group’.

I request kindly the following information:

1. In terms of structure, I request an organisational chart / layout, indicating exactly where the Group fits into the 1st Military Intelligence Brigade and, from there, the wider structure of the MoD.

2. Please release all correspondence between the Group and The United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, including the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) since the beginning of 2010. Similarly, please release all correspondence between the Group and the NATO Psychological Operations Working Group - of which the US Military is represented by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – since the beginning of 2010.

3. The Group runs student training programs incorporating students and servicemen from NATO, the European Union, and other partner nations – might I have a list of those who have attended and their titles, regiments, origins, ranks, etc., since the beginning of 2010.

4. Does the Group teach or access any classes at Canfield University? If yes, I request all correspondence and information relating to these classes and the Group’s role since the beginning of 2010.

If any further clarification related to my request is needed, please contact me via email.
I look forward to receiving a response within 20 days, as provided by statute.

Yours faithfully,

Ross Macaulay

This message has been hidden. We have been made aware that this document contained the names of other people who had made related Freedom of Information Requests. Such individuals would not have expected their names to be put in the public domain, and it is therefore unlikely to be fair for us to continue to publish this data in line with the obligations set by the First Data Protection PolicyIt being 6 years since the request, it is considered unlikely the MOD would supply a redacted replacement, so we have done so below. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you are the requester, then you may sign in to view the message.
