Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

I requested disclosure on the disciplinary data of the afore-mentioned NHS doctor from the GMC.

[extraneous material removed]
In reply to my freedom of information request General Medical Council first claimed exemption from FOI [potentially problematic material removed]

before [extraneous material removed]. Similarly the supposedly independent MPTS

[potentially problematic material removed]

also refuses to give disclosure. [extraneous material removed].

May I therefore ask that as the department that is meant to oversee the functions of the GMC & MPTS you are able to provide disclosure on the afore-mentioned doctor? I am sure the data is in your possession & you will agree the public should have access to the same.

[extraneous material removed]

Yours faithfully,

h2q
