I am writing to request information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information

I kindly request access to the following information:

Legal Basis and Policies:
a. The legal or regulatory framework that enables the establishment of Safe Street Zones within st Anne’s primary school royton
b. Any policies, guidelines, or directives related to the implementation and management of Safe Street Zones.
Boundaries and Designation:
a. The precise boundaries and geographic scope of the current Safe Street Zone
b. The process used to designate and define these boundaries, including any consultation or public input procedures involved.
c. Any plans or considerations for expanding the Safe Street Zone(s) in the future.
Traffic and Safety Measures:
d.the report and emails regarding the recommended type,hieght of bollards
a. Detailed information on the specific traffic and safety measures implemented within the Safe Street Zone, such as reduced speed limits, traffic calming measures, pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, bollards and enhanced crosswalks.
b. Data or reports regarding the impact of these measures on road safety, pedestrian and cyclist incidents, and traffic patterns within the designated Safe Street Zone.
c. Any assessments or evaluations conducted to measure the effectiveness of the Safe Street Zone in achieving their intended goals.
Community Engagement and Consultation:
a. Records of any public consultations, community engagement initiatives, or surveys conducted prior to the establishment of the Safe Street Zone(s).
b. Details of any stakeholder engagement processes, public meetings, or feedback mechanisms utilized during the planning and implementation stages.
c. Any public concerns, comments, or objections received regarding the Safe Street Zone(s), and the subsequent actions or responses undertaken.
Funding and Resources:
