I have received your email of 18 November 2019 requesting information about Broad Lane, Grappenhall.

You asked:
Please can you provide details of reports of potholes made to the council on Broad Lane, Grappenhall since August 2019 to date. Please include all information such as the size of pothole, location and any images available.

Please can you provide details of the location of any roadworks or highway repairs that have been undertaken since August 2019 to date. Please include all information such as the works that were undertaken, the location and any images available.

Our reply:

Attached are 3 documents. The excel document contains details of all complaints made to Warrington BC since 1 August 2019 regarding Carriageway potholes on Broad Lane, Grappenhall. There are also referenced photographs added to the spreadsheet taken by the area highway inspector upon visiting the site of the defects complained about.

The second document attached is a PDF document which shows other roadworks by organisations other than Warrington BC that were carried out on Broad Lane, Grappenhall. No images are available for these works.

The third document attached is a PDF document which shows details of repairs carried out to Carriageway potholes by Warrington BC on Broad Lane, Grappenhall since 1 August 2019. Each sheet shows detail of the potholes observed with an image below taken by the Highway Inspector at the time of inspection.

If you are not satisfied with my response to your request for information, you may ask the Council for an internal review of this decision. You should write to Paul Clisby, Legal Services Manager at Warrington Borough Council, Quattro, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 1BN, giving details of your complaint. You should do this as soon as possible, or, in any case, within two months of your request being refused.
