Act) dated Tuesday 20 April 2021,  I am writing to confirm the information
that the Trust does and does not hold. 

 

The Trust does hold the information you have requested. The text of your

         There are forty-two properties in total.

 

•       What is the approximate gross internal area (m2)?

         The gross internal area is approximately 256,000 m2.

 

•       Are all these properties owned?

         No, not all of the properties are owned by the Kings Collage
Hospital Trust.

 

•       Are any of these properties leased?  If so, how many?

         Yes. There are thirty-two properties which have been leased.

 

•       Do you lease out any non-residential properties?  If so, how many?

         There are no non-residential properties leased.
