Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Information on land behind the properties of Warbreck Road, Endborne Road and Harley Street L9.'.

In the response for the above FOI request the Council claim that;

"The alleys between the houses and around the perimeter of the triangular piece of land are adopted highway".

Therefore can you please provide evidence of this as I am now in possession of a document which suggests otherwise. In that the land around the perimeter is not a highway but rather a bridleway and that in the past the Council had refused to maintain the land as it was not adopted?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

John Hanlon

Dear Information Requests,

Once again, will you please supply evidence of the Council's claim that;

"The alleys between the houses and around the perimeter of the triangular piece of land are adopted highway".

As stated previously I have evidence that suggests otherwise.

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Once again you state that;

"The alleys between the houses and around the perimeter of the triangular piece of land are adopted highway".

Do you have any evidence to support this statement or are you making a false claim?

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon

Dear Information Requests,

What is the reason why you will not supply me with evidence of your claim. This should be straight forward if the claim is not false?

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon

Dear Information Requests,

This will be the final time that I shall ask for the information before writing to the Information Commissioner over this FOI request, as I am now of the belief that I have have been mislead due to the refusal to supply evidence of the Council's claim that the land is adopted.

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon
