Information on Grenfell Tower
Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,
Please confirm the following information:
1. Before the Grenfell tower fire, who was responsible for hearing the fire/health and safety concerns of the Grenfell tower victims. Was it Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea or the Kensington and Chelsea TMO (KCTMO)?
2. Before the fire, how many residents had secure tenancies of a period of 7 years or longer?
3. Before the fire, how many residents had secure tenancies of a period of less than 7 years?
4. Before the fire, was the KCTMO a subsidiary company of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea?
5. Before the fire, what was the role of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and KCTMO in resolving resident's complaints? Did Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have a complaint procedure that tenants could complain to about repair and health and safety concerns? And if so what were the stages of this procedure?
Yours faithfully,
Aneesa.
