Please find below our responses to your FOI request. 
•       How are facilities management services (hard FM, soft FM or TFM)
handled across your estate?
Hard FM 
delivered by a combination of  directly employed site based operatives for
basic  and frequent hard FM deliverables supported by more specialist M&E
services by a large number of small/medium size local and regional
providers who specialise in particular services  (Lifts, Boilers, Water
Systems. , Water Quality/Hygiene, Refrigeration Access, CCTV, Intruder,
Fire systems, LOLER inspections, Lightning protection, BMS/Controls ,
Ventilation and Electrical installations) . Local academy based operatives
manage the delivery of these  outsourced services via this providers with
support from the Acadmenty cluster managers and oversight from the 
Central Estates team 
Soft FM
Catering provision and Cleaning Services and Landscaping Services are 
wholly outsourced to specialist contractors and are managed by
specialists within the Client  Academy cluster team with  oversight from
the Central Estates team 
TFM
There are no TFM arrangements within Leigh Academy Trust however we are
occupants of 2 PFI model Academies operating in a PFI model
(Stationers Crown Wood Academy & Ebbsfleet Academy) in which TFM services
are provided by G4S and Pinnacle Group respectively.  LAT has no
contractual relationship with these providers as they are employed by the
SPV for each PFI 
-       If any services are outsourced, which services and to which
suppliers?
Hard FM,
A significantly large number of small local and
regional contractors, mostly low value contracts, 
Soft FM  

* Catering provision  -  Contractor 1) Olive Dining Ltd,  Contractor  2)
Cucina (Impact Food Group)
* Cleaning Services  - Contractor 1) Purgo Supply Services , 
Contractor  2) Clean-Tech Services 
* Landscaping Services  - Landscape Services Ltd

-       What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, and
which services are included in each?

* Catering provision  - both Olive and Cucina  are under contract until
31st August 2023,  the start date of the contract could not be
determined as the time of writing this response. 

* Cleaning Services  -Both Purgo and Clean-tach commenced their contract
on 1st August 2018 for 3 years.  Each has been granted a 2 year
contract extension  until 31st July 2023

* Landscaping Services  - Landscape Services Ltd received an annual PO
for thereservices from 1st September annually  and and not under a
long term contractual arrangement.  

-       Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is
the duration of the extension?

* Catering provision  -  the start date of the contract could not be
determined as the time of writing this response however it is
believed the option to extend as taken, please  refer to answer above

* Cleaning Services  - yes and option taken to extend, please see above 

* Landscaping Services - Not applicable
