Information on facilities management service provision

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following information regarding your facilities management approach:
• How are facilities management services (hard FM, soft FM or TFM) handled across your estate?
- If any services are outsourced, which services and to which suppliers?
- What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, and which services are included in each?
- Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is the duration of the extension?
- Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
- What is the job title of the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract(s)?
• Do you utilise any outsourced helpdesk or FM integrator services? If so, with which supplier(s)?
• Which software solution(s) are used to manage your corporate property/assets including facilities management (CAFM)?

How are facilities management services (hard FM, soft FM or TFM) handled
across your estate? Managed through frameworks and internally through
local suppliers
- If any services are outsourced, which services and to which
suppliers? Catering to Edwards and Blake, Grounds to Vertas/Waveney Norse,
contract ending March 31st 2022, Mechanical and electrical
servicing boiler servicing, pressurisation units and control panels to DPL
group, air conditioning to adcock group, drainage to Binder Ltd, Water
hygiene to Lubron UK, Fan convectors and air handling units- EPPH, Fire
alarms, emergency lights and fire extinguishers- TP Fire
- What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, and
which services are included in each? Catering contract, started April,
2017, ending July 31st 2022, Vertas contract starting April 2021 ending
March 31st 2022, All Mechanical and Electrical Servicing contracts started
November 2021 ending November 2022
- Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is
the duration of the extension? No extension clause
- Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being
either extended or renewed? Catering contract is being tendered for a
August 2022 start, Grounds contract to be tendered, April 2022, Mechanical
and Electrical services as detailed, contracts ending November 2022
- What is the job title of the senior officer (outside of
procurement) responsible for the contract(s)? Head of Infrastructure
• Do you utilise any outsourced helpdesk or FM integrator services?
If so, with which supplier(s)? No
• Which software solution(s) are used to manage your corporate
property/assets including facilities management (CAFM)? We do not use a
CAFM solution
