The request was successful.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following:

• Who are the current supplier(s)?
• What was the actual contract value(s) of each contract?
• Start date & duration of the contract.
• Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your help.

Yours faithfully,

QUESTION AND RESPONSES

• If any, the name of the software solution(s) used to manage your
corporate property/assets including facilities management (CAFM):

The Property Management and CAFM system implemented and in operational use
since April 2020 is “TF Cloud - Software as a Service” and includes a
suite of system modules and associated user licences, including the
following listed below. I have included the software vendor URL which you
might find helpful as this contains various generic information related to
“TF Cloud” the solution that Haringey Council are using.
https://www.technologyforge.com/pages/tf...

This is a strategic system for the council and providing significant
proven system capabilities and a single trusted source of information to
help effective management of the estate and avoidance of unnecessary
duplication and legacy information sources and where appropriate
underpinning the streamlining of operational processes
