Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

On 31st of May 2016 I wrote to Rt Hon Elizabeth Truss MP concerning threatened encroachments by the Environment Agency on the Front Brents Town Green at Faversham Kent and sent a reminder letter on 3rd July 2016.

I would be grateful if you would provide me with the following information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

(1) Now that Mrs Leadsom has replaced Mrs. Truss as Secretary of State for Environment and rural affairs do I need to send a new letter to the new Secretary of State of will my original letter be passed on?

(2) On the assumption that my letter will be passed to the Mrs Leadsom when may I have a reply to my letter.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew H Osborne BEM Riba

We often receive thousands of identical emails each month from organised

unfortunately we cannot reply to each email when such large volumes are
received.
