NHS England may hold information relevant to your request.  However, we
are unable to begin processing your request without further clarification.

 

Under Section 1(3) of the FOI Act, an authority is not obliged to comply
with an FOI request when it reasonably requires further information in
order to identify and locate the information requested.

 

Your request appears to be directed to NHS Jobs. NHS Jobs is a website
which is run by the Department of Health which allows NHS organisations to
advertise jobs. It is not clear from your request whether you are asking
for information relating to all jobs within the NHS advertised through NHS
Jobs or whether you are requesting information on the jobs which NHS
England have advertised through NHS Jobs. It may help if I first explain
that NHS England is not the same as ‘the NHS in England’. NHS England is
responsible for commissioning primary care and some specialist secondary
care services. The NHS in England is not a single organisation, but is
made up of a range of organisations including hospitals, Clinical
Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Ambulance Trusts and other organisations.

 

I would be grateful if you could clarify the following:

 

·         Whether you are asking for information relating to all jobs
within the NHS advertised through NHS Jobs or whether you are requesting
information on the jobs which NHS England have advertised through NHS
Jobs?
