relation to the first part of your request. You may wish to refer this

issuing a response. In this case, I regret that we must extend the time
limit for responding by
20 days because of the complexity of the request.

2.         Newry Mourne and Down District Council holds recorded
information falling within the scope of your request. Please find attached
a copy of the information held. The personal data of third party
individuals who would not have a reasonable expectation their personal
data would be disclosed to the public at large has been redacted in
accordance with Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  The
information is being withheld as Council considers disclosure would breach
the first data protection principle (lawfulness, fairness and
transparency).
