Information in relation to section 45 (1) of the ‘Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994’

I would like to request information as to the process (if any) the DVLA undertakes when it has found that a customer/employee has committed an offence contrary to section 45 (1) of the ‘Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994’ ?
