under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) with the application of an
exemption that requires us to carry out a 'Public Interest Test'.

This is a process that considers whether the public interest in
withholding the information is greater than that in releasing it. The FOIA
allows organisations an additional twenty working days to carry out this
process. We hope to provide you with a decision by 13th December.
