The request was partially successful.

Dear Greater London Authority,

PREAMBLE
The London Assembly has announced that it will be launching an investigation into waterway moorings. It is to be carried out by Jenny Jones. More details of the proposed investigation are below.

"During May 2013 the London Assembly will be reviewing mooring availability in London and the side-effects of overcrowding at mooring sites."

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Please provide copies of documents, minutes of meetings, complaints, etc that outline the process leading to the decision to carry out the investigation above.

Please make sure documents are dated and it is clear which organisations they originate from. If documents originate from members of the public I understand that names of such individuals will be redacted in accord with data protection. However if more than one document orgiginates from the same individual please make this clear, by perhaps referring to them person A or suchlike.

Thank you.
