Dear Surrey County Council,

I am seeking information concerning repairs and maintenance works to the concrete pillars supporting the Broadway Road on the Southbound carriageway of the A322.

Please can you provide the following:

1. Copies of the Maintenance inspection reports from 2013 to 2020
2. Any Engineers / structural reports of the pillars 2013 to 2020
3. Details of any damage caused to the concrete supports and how these have occurred 2013 to 2020
4. costs of maintenance of the subject pillars 2013 to 2020
5. costs of repair to the pillars 2013 to 2020
6. Does the Council employ a maintenance contractor for Highways works?
7. If so what is their scope of authority to recover costs on the Councils behalf? Is there a ceiling limit?
8. Please provide a copy of the contract detailing how Third Parties are to be charged? Or the section dealing with this.
