"1. The cost to the council of investigating and administering the

code of conduct complaint by Cllr Kemble against Cllr Kitcat from

its submission, through hearings to today. If you are not able to

provide precise figures I will accept an informed estimate.

2. The total cost to the council of hiring a barrister to represent

the Standards Committee at the First Tier Tribunal hearing of 3rd

November 2010.

3. The name or names of those who requested and decided that

outside counsel was needed for the Tribunal hearing.

4. The name or names of those who authored the Standards

Committee's written response to Cllr Kitcat's tribunal appeal, as

in section 5 of the tribunal bundle.

5. The name or names of those who approved that response, under

what authority and were the Standards Committee involved in any

way?

6. What procedures were used for minuting the Standards Committee

hearing panel of 9th July 2010?

7. If an audio recording of the 9th July 2010 hearing was made, I
