Information cards cards to residents re Carrington Relief Road
Dear Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council,
Could I please have a list , by their names, not postcodes, of all the roads/streets etc that the information cards entitled "Public Engagement" on the front and "Carrington Relief Road" on the back were sent out to in early 2021? These were sent to some residents of Trafford by Amey Consulting and invited residents to look at a video entitled "The Preliminary Options Appraisal Report" on the council website and the Carrington Relief Road website.
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
Julie Hay

Dear Ward, Jennie,
Thank you for replying to my request. The information was a long time in returning to me. However, it is incomplete. I requested the road/street etc names of all who were sent the cards I mentioned "Information cards to residents re Carrington Relief Rd". I have only received part of this information. You have sent me Excel spreadsheets for Stretford, Altrincham and Flixton (or some of these) but no streets in Carrington, Partington, Ashton on Mersey, Sale, Warburton etc. Could you please check your data and send me all the missing areas? I know they were sent to some Sale residents as I received one.
I would appreciate the information within a shorter timescale than the first reply please.
Yours sincerely,
Julie Hay
Hi Julie
I have forwarded your message onto the team that provided the spreadsheet, for them to check and advise.
I can only apologise for the delay from the service. I sent you the response as soon as I received it.
