Dear Andrea,
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – INFORMATION REQUEST
I am writing to confirm that we have now completed our search for the
information you requested on 20/01/16.
A copy of the information in response to your requests is set out below:
1. Do you have a CHR or a CBL scheme? – Yes, a CBL scheme
2. Do you use any IT system or software (including web-based
software) to administer this service? - Yes
3. If so, who is your supplier? – Abritas Ltd
4. What is the annual value of the contract? – Approximately £27,900
across an area of three local authorities (Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre)
5. What is the total value of the contract? – To be determined
depending on when the contract is terminated. The start date of the
contract was 6/6/2011 and the system first went live in May 2012. Year 1
costs in 12/13 were approximately £70,000, with subsequent annual costs
from 13/14 as stated at 4. above – a total of approximately £153,700 to
date.
6. What is the duration of the contract? – Initial 3 year period has
been rolled over, making 4 years and 7 months to date, and 3 years and 8
months since the system went live.
7. When is the contract end date? – To be determined
8. What process was used to procure the software or IT system? –
Northern Housing Consortium framework
