Thank you for your request dated 4^th December 2021 for information from
NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) as stipulated below:

I can confirm that NHSBT holds some of the information you have
requested.
NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is a Special Health Authority reporting
to the Department of Health and Social Care. Its remit includes the
provision of a reliable, efficient supply of blood and associated services
to the NHS in England. It is also the organ donor organisation for the
whole of the UK and is responsible for matching and allocating donated
organs.
If you seek information from the Welsh, Scottish or Northern Irish Blood
Services you are required to contact them directly.

was contacted directly by NHSBT. Due to NHSBT contractual thresholds
(Standing Financial instructions & Standing Orders), no competitive
procurement or formal contract has been required for the work undertaken
by Stonewall to date.

terms and conditions:
