a qualified exemption, section 43(2) (commercial interests), in relation

3. Any other communication you have received from Stonewall in 2019 or

entitled to withhold it).

4. Full details of any equality impact assessment you carried out
connected with any of these applications (including any equality impact

(ii) in 2020, whether or not as payment for goods or services.

Please find attached our response to your request (copied below) to the
House of Lords Administration. Please note that it is not possible to
attach all the documents to one email due to file size. This email
contains part of the information for Question 1. The remaining information
(relating to Questions 1 and 3) will be sent in separate emails.

You may, if dissatisfied with the treatment of your request, ask the House
of Lords to conduct an internal review. This should be addressed to
[1][email address] and explain clearly the nature of your complaint
in terms of compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Arrangements will be made for someone who has not been involved in dealing
with your request to conduct an internal review within 20 working days.

You should note that we will not normally accept an application for
internal review if it is received more than two months after the date our
response was sent. Any such request received after this time will only be
considered in exceptional circumstances.
