Wales's handling of my FOI request 'Information about your dealings with
Stonewall #DontSubmitToStonewall'. I received an acknowledgement but no

effective advice and assistance to shape and refine my request so you can
respond without exceeding the appropriate limit. Assistance might include

Champion” or to be included on Stonewall’s “Workplace Equality Index,”

redact personal details if necessary. We subscribed as Stonewall Diversity
Champions in 2019 and 2020. We submitted an entry into the Workplace
Equality Index in 2019 but the index did not take place during 2020. 2.
Any feedback you received in 2019 or 2020 from Stonewall in relation to
either application or programme. Feedback report attached. 3. Any other
communication you have received from Stonewall in 2019 or 2020 unless
privileged or otherwise exempt from disclosure (but if you claim privilege
or exemption in relation to any material, please say in broad terms what
the material is and the basis on which you claim to be entitled to
withhold it). We regularly receive communication from Stonewall about
events, workshops and other resources that are available to us as a
member. These are also sent to other organisations and are not exclusive
to Public Health Wales. 4. Full details of any equality impact assessment

equality impact assessment carried out prior to an earlier application of
the same kind, if no further assessment was done). No Equality Impact
Assessment was made. 5. Details of the total amount of money you paid to
Stonewall (i) in 2019; (ii) in 2020, whether or not as payment for goods
or services. We paid £2500 in 2019 for Diversity Champions membership We
paid £675 in 2020 for 3 early bird Conference tickets (we had one free)
and Diversity Champions Membership (£2500) 6. Whether you intend to
continue your membership of any Stonewall scheme in the future, and if so
which. We intend to continue our membership of the Stonewall Diversity
Champions scheme in 2021.

feedback report is not attached. Your responses to parts 2 & 3 of the
request that you hold no other information are not credible. Stonewall
membership includes tailored email and phone support and advice through a
dedicated account manager, feedback & review of HR and other policies “for
LGBT inclusion” by Stonewall staff, introductions to other “Diversity
Champion” members and more. I do not accept that you do not hold or have
access to this information electronically and so can analyse and respond
without exceeding the appropriate limit. Public authorities should try to
be as helpful and flexible as possible. When you review your response to
my request, you may find there is a great deal of data. Please be aware
that if this is the case, it is possible to comply with my request without
incurring excessive costs by, for example, providing me with a list of the
