On 04/02/2021 you made the following request for information, which has
been dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

Freedom of Information request - Information about your dealings with
Stonewall

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.

The Response to your request is as follows:

1.  Any application you made in 2019 or 2020 to be a “Stonewall Diversity
Champion” or to be included on Stonewall’s “Workplace Equality Index,”
including any attachments or appendices to those applications. Please
redact personal details if necessary.

The Authority does not hold information relevant to this part of your
request.  Participation in the Stonewall Diversity Champion Scheme is
through annual membership.  WSCC did not participate in the Workplace
Equality Index.

2.  Any feedback you received in 2019 or 2020 from Stonewall in relation
to either application or programme.

The Authority does not hold information relevant to this part of your

Names are shown for all officers at Hay grade and above. The Authority
declines to provide officers names below this grade and we have therefore
applied the personal data exemptions under Section 40(2) to this part of
your request. This information constitutes third party personal data and I
decline to disclose it applying the exemption in s40(2) Freedom of
Information Act 2000. Disclosure would be unfair and unlawful as none of
the conditions in Article 6 GDPR is met. Having applied an absolute
exemption, I am not required to consider the balance of public interest
for and against disclosure.

 4.  Full details of any equality impact assessment you carried out
connected with any of these applications (including any equality impact
assessment carried out prior to an earlier application of the same kind,
if no further assessment was done).

The Authority does not hold information relevant to this part of your
request as there were no applications.

 5.  Details of the total amount of money you paid to Stonewall (i) in
2019; (ii) in 2020, whether or not as payment for goods or services.
