Information requests during Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

We will try to respond to information requests and where possible within time frames (within 20 working days beginning the day following receipt of your request). However, the Council needs to prioritise its staff and resources on the delivery of key services, this means that some responses may be delayed. For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then the information will not be released. You will be informed if this is the case, including your rights of appeal.

3. Any other communication you have received from Stonewall in 2019 or 2020 unless privileged or otherwise exempt from disclosure (but if you claim privilege or exemption in relation to any material, please say in broad terms what the material is and the basis on which you claim to be entitled to withhold it).
