Dear Ben
Receipt of your Freedom of Information Act request is noted and will be dealt with in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Usually Freedom of Information replies need to be within 20 working days. However, because of the current coronavirus pandemic, it's possible we'll take more than 20 working days to supply information under Freedom of Information.
The Information Commissioner recognises that longer time may be needed when NFRS staff have to prioritise other work to keep services running during the pandemic.

Dear Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service's handling of my FOI request 'Information about your dealings with Stonewall #DontSubmitToStonewall'. Thank you for the information received. However I was advised that a copy of the application to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion was attached, but it wasn't. I would be grateful if this copy of the application could be provided.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...
Yours faithfully,
Ben Green

Dear Ben Green,
I acknowledge receipt of your email dated Thursday 4 March 2021 asking for an internal review of Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service's handling of your FOI request asking for information about NFRS Stonewall applications.
I’m sorry our reply didn't include a copy of NFRS application to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion as expected.
We aim to reply to FOI internal reviews within 20 working days.
I'll try to reply within this time, by 31 March 2021. However, because of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, it's possible we'll take longer than usual to reply to complaints about supply of information under Freedom of Information or Environment Information Regulations.
The Information Commissioner recognises that longer time may be needed when NFRS staff have to prioritise other work to keep services running during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you’re still unhappy after we have responded to your complaint, you have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner. There is no charge for making an appeal.

Dear Ben Green,
I am writing with my response to your email of Thursday 4 March 2021 asking for an internal review of Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service's handling of your FOI request asking for information about NFRS Stonewall applications.
I’m sorry our FOI response of 3 March 2021 didn't include a copy of the NFRS application to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion as expected.
I've asked staff to check what was sent, and they've found they missed including a copy of the Stonewall application referred to in our FOI response on 3 March 2021. The copy of the application was ready to be sent to you, they just forgot to include it.
Please find attached a copy of the application made by NFRS to Stonewall to be a stonewall diversity champion, in March 2020. This is the one application from NFRS to Stonewall for the time period you asked about.
Individual staff names and contact details have been redacted as allowed by FOIA s40(2).
Please accept my apologies for this oversight in not attaching all documents meant for you on 3 March 2021.
The staff member involved also apologises for their mistake, and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I hope you're now satisfied with our response, but if you’re still unhappy, you have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner. There is no charge for making an appeal.
