Dear Nottingham Trent University,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Nottingham Trent University's handling of my FOI request 'Information about your dealings with Stonewall #DontSubmitToStonewall'.
Thank you for the information you have provided to me already. Having read your responses to my query, I would like some clarification in with regard to the information provided in answer to point 4 of my enquiry. In your reply, I was advised “The University did not carry out an Equality Impact Assessment with regard to its subscription.” I would like to clarify whether by this you meant that no Equality Impact Assessments were made for the 2019 or 2020 subscriptions, or that no Equality Impact Assessment was carried out at any time the university has been a member of a Stonewall scheme. In my original enquiry, in point 4 I requested, “any equality impact assessment carried out prior to an earlier application of the same kind, if no further assessment was done”, so if an Equality Impact Assessment was carried out at any time before the 2019 subscriptions, I would like this information.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

Ben Green
