1. What is your annual IT Infrastructure Budget for 2018, 2019 & 2020? - 2018 Server Infrastructure between £20,000 - £21,000 , Network Infrastructure - Between £105,00 - £115,000. The budgets for 2019/2020 not set but expect them to remain static.
2. Please confirm if you are utilising desktop virtualisation technologies and if so how
many users do you provide services for? - No
3. Which Profile Management Solution and which version are you using currently, if any? - None
4. When was the installation date of the above Solution? (Month/year) - NA
5. If you are using Internet Explorer as a business web browser, which version is this? - IE 11
6. What operating system(s) do you use? - Windows 7 and Windows 10
7. If not already done so, are you planning an upgrade to Windows 10, if so, when? - In middle of upgrade
8. The total number of staff employed by the organization: - Approximately 800

I trust the above is of assistance.  I would like to advise you that if you are not happy with the way in which your request has been dealt with an internal review can be sought through the office of the Director of Organisational Development and Administration within one month of receiving this response.

If you are still not satisfied following the internal review you can ask the Information Commissioner's Office to review the Council's decision.
